We ship throughout Spain (mainland, the Balearic Islands, the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla) and to all European Union countries.

Mainland Spain: 4,95 € · FREE on orders over 49 €.
Balearic Islands: 9,95 €.
Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: 9,95 €. These territories are outside the EU VAT and customs union: the order is invoiced without Spanish VAT and the customer pays local taxes (IGIC / IPSI) on arrival, as well as any customs clearance fees.
European Union: 12,95 € · FREE on orders over 100 €.

Mainland: 1-3 business days.
Balearic Islands: 2-4 business days.
Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: 5-10 business days (includes customs processing).
European Union: 3-5 business days.
Delivery times start counting from the moment the order leaves our facilities.

Yes. We offer free in-store pickup at our shop: Calle Doctores Castroviejo 26, Bajo 1, 26003 Logroño (La Rioja). Choose Store pickup at checkout and we will email you when your order is ready for collection.

Yes. When your order is shipped you will receive an email with the tracking number so you can check the status of your shipment in real time.

Orders placed Monday to Friday before 2:00 p.m. are usually prepared the same day. Orders placed after that time, on weekends or on holidays are processed on the next business day.

If your order has not yet been prepared, contact us as soon as possible at info@bynds-singular-creatures.com and we will do everything we can to help you. Once the order has been shipped, we will not be able to change the delivery address or cancel it.

Yes. Write to us at info@bynds-singular-creatures.com with your order number and the relevant billing details.

You have 30 calendar days from receiving your order to request a return. Items must be returned unused, in perfect condition, with their original tags and in their original packaging.

Send us an email at info@bynds-singular-creatures.com with your order number and we will provide you with the instructions to make the return.

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, except when the product received has a manufacturing defect or there has been an error in the shipment.

Once we receive and validate the return, we will issue the refund using the same payment method used for the purchase. The process may take up to 14 calendar days.

The fastest way to get a different size is to place a new order and request a return of the original item.

You can check our Size Guide. Most of our garments have an oversized fit; if you prefer a more fitted look, we recommend choosing one size down from your usual size.

Our collections are currently available from size XS to XL. If you need other sizes, get in touch with us at info@bynds-singular-creatures.com.

Yes. All transactions are processed through secure payment platforms with SSL encryption and advanced authentication systems. BYNDS does not store your card details.

Yes. All prices shown on the website include the corresponding VAT.

We work with high-quality cotton and carefully selected materials to ensure comfort, durability and a premium finish. The specific characteristics of each garment are listed on its product page.

To keep your garments in perfect condition: wash inside out, wash cold or at a maximum of 30 ºC, do not bleach, iron inside out and avoid using the tumble dryer.

Yes. All our garments are designed with a unisex approach and an oversized fit.
