Return and Refund Policy

At BYNDS we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you have 30 calendar days from receipt of your order to request a return.

Conditions

For a return to be accepted, the item must be:

• Unused and in the same condition in which you received it
• With all original tags attached
• In its original packaging
• Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation email)

How to request a return

To start a return, please contact us at info@bynds-singular-creatures.com stating your order number and the reason.

Once your request has been accepted, we will send you instructions for returning the parcel to the following address:

Items returned without having first requested the return by email will not be accepted.

Return shipping costs

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, except in the following cases, in which they are covered by BYNDS:

• The item arrives defective or damaged
• An item different from the one ordered has been sent
• Shipping error attributable to BYNDS

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it. If the item is defective, damaged or does not match your order, contact us immediately at info@bynds-singular-creatures.com so that we can assess the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to request the return of the original item and, once it has been accepted, place a new order for the desired item separately.

Exceptions — Non-returnable items

Returns are not accepted for the following products:

• Gift cards
• Personalised products (items with bespoke personalisation, name or made-to-order design)
• Items on sale or special offer, where indicated at the time of purchase

Statutory right of withdrawal (European Union)

Without prejudice to the 30-day commercial policy above, in accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU and Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 governing consumer rights, you have the statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days following receipt of the order, without having to justify your decision and without any penalty.

To exercise this right, notify us of your decision to withdraw by means of an unequivocal statement sent to info@bynds-singular-creatures.com, or using the model withdrawal form provided at the end of this policy.

The conditions for the returned item (unused, with tags and original packaging) and the return costs are as described above.

Refunds

We will notify you by email once we have received and inspected your return and will let you know whether the refund has been approved.

If the return is approved, we will issue the refund using the same payment method used for the purchase, within a maximum of 14 calendar days from receipt of the item at our premises. Please note that your bank or card issuer may take a few additional days to process the payment.

If more than 14 days have passed since the return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us at info@bynds-singular-creatures.com.
