Shipping Policy

At BYNDS we want your order to arrive as soon as possible and in perfect condition. Below we explain everything you need to know about our shipping.
1. Shipping zones
We currently ship to:
- Mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands
- Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla (territories outside the EU VAT area and customs union — see point 9)
- Rest of the European Union countries: Germany, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Croatia, Denmark, Slovakia, Slovenia, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Czech Republic, Romania and Sweden.
For the time being, we do not ship outside the European Union.

Important (Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla): these territories are outside the EU VAT application area and the EU customs union. Orders are invoiced without Spanish VAT, but at the time of delivery the customer must pay the corresponding local taxes (IGIC, the Canary Islands General Indirect Tax, in the Canary Islands; IPSI, the Tax on Production, Services and Imports, in Ceuta and Melilla) and, where applicable, the customs clearance charges (DUA). These amounts are not included in the shipping rate and are beyond BYNDS's control. Free shipping does not apply to these territories.
🏬 In-store pickup (FREE)
You can collect your order free of charge at our physical shop: Calle Doctores Castroviejo 26, Bajo 1, 26003 Logroño (La Rioja). Select Store pickup at checkout; we will email you when it is ready for collection.

Delivery times are approximate and are counted from the shipping confirmation, not from when the order is placed. Local or national public holidays may extend delivery.
3. Order preparation
Orders placed Monday to Friday before 2:00 p.m. are prepared the same day. Orders placed after that time, on weekends or on public holidays are prepared on the next business day.
Once the order has been prepared and handed over to the carrier, you will receive an email with the tracking number so that you can check the status of your shipment in real time.
4. Carriers
We work with Correos Express as our main carrier for Spain and for shipments to the European Union. In the future we may add other carriers to improve delivery times or coverage.
5. Shipping address
It is the customer's responsibility to provide a correct, complete and accessible shipping address, as well as a valid contact telephone number so that the carrier can coordinate the delivery.
BYNDS is not responsible for delays or non-deliveries resulting from:
- Incomplete, incorrect or untraceable addresses.
- Absence of the recipient with no possibility of contact.
- The recipient refusing to accept the package.
If the package is returned to our premises for these reasons, we will contact you to arrange a reshipment. The costs of a second shipment will be borne by the customer.
6. Risk during transport
In accordance with Article 66 ter of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, the risk over the Product passes to the customer at the moment of physical delivery. If the package is damaged or lost during transport, BYNDS assumes responsibility and will proceed to replace or refund the order.
What to do if you receive a damaged package?
1. Do not sign for acceptance without having inspected the contents if possible, or note the incident on the delivery note. 2. Take photographs of the package and the damaged product as soon as you receive it. 3. Contact us at info@bynds-singular-creatures.com within a maximum of 48 hours from receipt, attaching the photographs and the order number. 4. We will get in touch with you to arrange the replacement or the refund.
7. Undelivered or lost orders
If you have not received your order once the maximum delivery times have elapsed, contact us at info@bynds-singular-creatures.com stating your order number. We will open an investigation with the carrier, which may take between 5 and 10 business days. Once the loss has been confirmed, we will proceed with the reshipment or a full refund, whichever you prefer.
8. Address changes or cancellation after shipping
Once the order has been handed over to the carrier, we cannot modify the shipping address. If you need to change the address before it is shipped, contact us as soon as possible at info@bynds-singular-creatures.com — if the order has not yet been processed, we will try to modify it.
9. Taxes and customs
The prices shown on BYNDS include Spanish VAT (21%) for shipments to Mainland Spain, the Balearic Islands and the rest of the European Union. No duties or customs charges apply to the customer for these destinations.
Shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla are considered exports outside the EU VAT territory: they are invoiced without Spanish VAT, but the customer pays the local taxes (IGIC / IPSI) and any possible customs clearance charges at the destination. See point 2 for more detail.
10. Invoicing
An electronic invoice in the customer's name is automatically issued for each order placed. If you need an invoice in a company's name (with CIF and legal name), indicate it in the corresponding field at checkout or request it at info@bynds-singular-creatures.com after placing the order.
